Rolls-Royce Ghost 2021 unveils a new Architecture of Luxury

Yes, I know it is obscenely expensive and dedicated to literally a handful of people, but if you`re looking at the new Rolls-Royce Ghost like a work of art, there`s no way one wouldn`t like it. I mean c`mon, even the name is cool: Ghost! Besides the Jensen Interceptor, I don`t know another car with such a powerful and meaningful name.

So, pictured here to feast our eyes is the brand new Rolls-Royce Ghost 2021. From a styling point of view, looks like the company was a bit afraid to alter the success of its predecessor, so they didn`t allow the designers to make big changes. Instead, Rolls-Royce thought it might be safer to keep the old lines with a few styling tweaks at the headlights, taillights, and front grill intakes.

The best things at the new Ghost are under its fancy clothes. For example, the previous generation was using the BMW 7 Series “bones”. While the new Ghost sits comfortably on the dedicated Rolls-Royce Architecture of Luxury, platform shared only with the Phantom and Cullinan SUV.

Talking about the power, Ghost 2021 uses a 6.8-liter V12 developing 563 horsepower (850 newton-meters). This enables the 2,5 tones Rolls to reach 100 km/h in 4,5 seconds, not bad for such a heavyweight.

And now it`s time to cool off a bit and reflect on the price asked for an entry-level Rolls-Royce Ghost: 278.318 Euro. And come to our senses again by looking at the photos. Isn`t it a work of technological beauty?
